condition and comparable property information.
- Advertisement on AveMariaBlvd.com web site
- Full color picture advertisements in Ave Maria town and at Ave Maria
University
- Advertising listing in the Naples Area Multiple Listing Service
- Classified advertisements in local newspaper (extra fee may be
required).
- Word of mouth advertising--how most tenants are found.
- Report to owner of received calls, negotiation and offers from potential
tenants. Provide an acceptable tenant ready willing and able to rent
or not be paid.
- Brokering the transaction. Facilitate a meeting of the minds between
owner and new tenant.
- Taking applications, credit reports, screening and interviews of
potential tenants. Providing copies of credit reports, applications,
screening and interview recordings (when available) upon request.
- Making lease contracts, addenda and further documentation
necessary to tailor fit the agreement between owner and tenant.
- Recording video and pictures of property interior and exterior before
tenant occupancy.
