Some categories of home services such as Real Estate, Mortgage Broker, Insurance,
Appraisal and other services require a Florida license and will have its own format
Licence and operational laws for these categories may cause them to be structured
differently. Nevertheless, wherever possible the profit structure will be an equivalent
